As social media evolved toward video-first platforms, Torani faced the challenge of moving beyond its imagery-focused strategy. They turned to our team to help revitalize their feed with engaging, dynamic video content.

As lead writer and content strategist, I worked with a team of producers, animators, and designers to create a sustainable process for delivering 45 videos per quarter. 

Half the content focused on recipe videos inspired by seasonal trends, like the Choco-Taco Martini and Firecracker Soda, showcasing vibrant visuals and easy-to-follow instructions. 

The other half highlighted Torani’s personality and values, including team member stories like Latu’s inspiring rise from warehouse worker to manager, product launches like the “fantasy flavor” Puremade Galaxy (teased with scripted audience clues), and playful series like the Flavor Final Four, where fans voted for their favorite syrup.

Our video strategy generated thousands of views, shares, and saves, helping Torani connect with their audience on a deeper level. More importantly, we helped them transition successfully to a video-first strategy, solidifying their presence in the modern social media landscape.
