For over 20 years, Yahoo Small Business’s award-winning tools have helped small business owners make dreams a reality.

In 2019, YSB geared up to launch Business Maker—an all-in-one product offering bundling its most valuable products into one easily accessible and customizable platform to give small business owners the tools they need when needed.

YSB asked our team to help them prepare Business Maker for launch. As the sole copywriter, I was responsible for developing in-product language, email marketing, landing pages, blogs, SEO, search, social, and display advertising.

Outside of my role as a copywriter, I also:

• Lead a UX redesign of YSB’s homepage to make it easier for SMB owners to find tools they need faster
• Created an A/B testing strategy for paid search to optimize messaging for YSB’s core products

After months of working alongside a talented team of designers and strategists, we launched a successful campaign that put Business Maker’s tools into the hands of entrepreneurs around the globe.
