For over 20 years, Yahoo Small Business has helped entrepreneurs turn dreams into reality with award-winning tools.

In 2019, they launched Business Maker, an all-in-one platform combining their top products to provide small business owners with everything they need to run their business. 

YSB brought in our team to prepare for launch. As the sole copywriter, I created in-product language, email campaigns, landing pages, blogs, SEO content, and ads across search, social, and display channels. 

Beyond copywriting, I:

• Led a UX redesign of YSB’s homepage to help users find tools faster.
• Developed an A/B testing strategy for paid search to optimize messaging.

After months of collaboration with designers and strategists, we launched a successful campaign that put Business Maker in the hands of entrepreneurs worldwide.
